Items can be replaced or returned during the first 7 days. If you are not completely satisfied with what you purchased, just drop us an email. At fandomweara.com, we strive to provide you with the most delightful shopping experience. We deliver you supreme quality products, supplied by our manufacturers, post stringent quality checks. 

Before returning items, please make sure you get our return address, and write "gift" on the delivery detail sheet. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will refund or exchange them ASAP.

Before you return your merchandise please follow the steps below: 

-Take a picture of the defective/incorrect item(s) showing the issue.

-Email us at begoodsale@163.com.    

*Further instructions will be given through email. 

With saying that, however, the items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, not damaged and in a ree-saleable condition with the all tamper-resistant seals, original packaging.


Please make sure the product being returned within 7 days of ship date.

We do our best to serve our each customer the best that we can.

We will refund you for items returned within 7 days of you receiving them, for any reason. A full refund will be given if items are returned in their original condition.

Merchandise which is stained or damaged is not refundable.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or stained for reasons not due to our error, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).


CANCELLATION

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If it's more than 24 hours, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled by that time.

Please contact our Customer Service to get the return address.


REFUND TIME FRAME HIT YOUR ACCOUNT

On receiving items, we will refund you immediately. 

The standard refund procedure takes 7~14days dependent on your issuing bank.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

After the refund left our system, please contact your card issuer for tracking, as the time frame is dependent on the bank system.
