SHIPPING POLICY
Your products will be wrapped in tissue paper and posted out in cardboard shipping box, which ever is the most appropriate. The parcel will have your address, and our returns address in the event that delivery cannot be made.
All our items are custom-made to order. Please allow 7–14 working days for production before your order is dispatched.We normally expect to despatch all orders within one working day, however in the run up to really busy periods like Christmas we may take up to 2-5 days for some orders due to the high volumes.
Customers will be provided a tracking number once items have been dispatched. As all deliveries are made via courier, it is important to ensure someone is available on the day of delivery as a signature will be required. On most occasions, someone will be required to assist the driver on arrival as part of the prearranged delivery service.
Customers must ensure they are on-site when the delivery is attempted otherwise a re-delivery fee may be charged.

Total estimated time: 7–14 working days (production) + shipping time.
Please allow up to 7–25 working days in total to receive your goods, although it will generally be sooner.
You will be notified by phone on the morning of the delivery to ensure someone is home to assist the driver on arrival.
